Workshop Summary

Business Solutions Lab is an interactive Growth Exchange: Business Building Workshop where entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofit leaders, managers, and emerging leaders collaborate to solve real business challenges.

Rather than listening to a presentation, participants spend the majority of the workshop actively working on their business or organization through structured peer discussion, collaboration, and action planning. 

Working in small groups of five, each participant will bring one real challenge to the table and receive fresh perspectives, ideas, and practical feedback from fellow business leaders.

Facilitator: Jeanna Bumpas, MBA

Jeanna Bumpas is an entrepreneur, business owner, speaker, and community leader with a passion for helping people connect, collaborate, and move ideas into action. A graduate of LeTourneau University with an MBA from Rice University, Jeanna brings decades of professional experience in business, leadership, relationship-building, and working with individuals and business owners to navigate decisions and opportunities.

Known for her practical and conversational approach, Jeanna believes some of the best solutions come from asking the right questions, listening to different perspectives, and tapping into the collective experience already in the room.

As facilitator of the Business Solutions Lab, Jeanna will guide participants through meaningful conversations designed to uncover fresh perspectives, practical solutions, and clear next steps they can put into action.
