Real Progress.\n\n \n\nWorkshop Summary\n\nBusiness Solutions Lab is an interactive Growth Exchange: Business Building Workshop where entrepreneurs\, business owners\, nonprofit leaders\, managers\, and emerging leaders collaborate to work on real business challenges.\n\n\n\nRather than listening to a presentation\, participants spend the majority of the workshop actively working on their business or organization through structured peer discussion\, collaboration\, and action planning. \n\n\n\nWorking in small groups of five\, each participant will bring one real challenge to the table and receive fresh perspectives\, ideas\, and practical feedback from fellow business leaders.\n\n\n\n\nHow The Lab Works\n\n\n\nDISCOVER DISCUSS DECIDE SHARE & COMMIT\n\n\n \n Discover: Identify the experience and knowledge already at your table.\n \n \n Discuss: Put the collective experience of the group to work on each participant's real challenge.\n \n \n Decide: Sort through what you've heard and determine what you're actually going to do.\n \n \n Share & Commit: Make a specific commitment and connect with an accountability partner for follow-through.\n \n\n\n\n\n\nWhat You'll Leave With\n\nParticipants will work through a guided Participant Guide throughout the workshop to capture ideas\, identify solutions\, and develop a practical action plan.\n\n\n \n Fresh perspectives on a current challenge\n \n \n Practical ideas they can implement immediately\n \n \n Meaningful business relationships built through working on real challenges together\n \n \n A clear next step and written action plan\n \n \n An accountability partner to encourage follow-through\n \n\n\n And the work doesn't end when the workshop does. Approximately 30 days later\, the Chamber will follow up to see what progress you've made\, what may be getting in the way\, and whether another connection or resource could help.\n\n \n\n\n\n\nFacilitator: Jeanna Bumpas\, MBA\n\n\n\n\n\nJeanna Bumpas is an entrepreneur\, business owner\, speaker\, and community leader with a passion for helping people connect\, collaborate\, and move ideas into action. A graduate of LeTourneau University with an MBA from Rice University\, Jeanna brings decades of professional experience in business\, leadership\, relationship-building\, and working with individuals and business owners to navigate decisions and opportunities.\n\n\n\nKnown for her practical and conversational approach\, Jeanna believes some of the best solutions come from asking the right questions\, listening to different perspectives\, and tapping into the collective experience already in the room.\n\n\n\nAs facilitator of the Business Solutions Lab\, Jeanna will guide participants through meaningful conversations designed to uncover fresh perspectives\, practical solutions\, and clear next steps they can put into action.\n\nThe concept for Business Solutions Lab was inspired by The Solution Room \, developed by Cathi Hight of Hight Performance Group.
