Our first monthly luncheon of the year promises to be fun, friendly, and informative with a Mardi Gras feel. BB's Tex-Orleans is the Featured Caterer too!

Cajun Empanadas- Empanada Dumplings stuffed with creamy Shrimp and Crawfish Alfredo, celery, onions, and herbs.
Boudin Balls - Creole-style Dirty Rice with Pork and Spices, rolled in Cornmeal and Lightly Fried. Served with Remoulade.
Salads
House Salad - Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Croutons and Assorted Dressing.
The Mad Hatter - Baby Leaf Spinach, Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Green Peppers, Onion, and Tomato. Served with Citrus Vinaigrette.
