Maaike’s Wellness mission is to help women in midlife—especially those navigating the often-overlooked challenges of menopause—awaken their inner strength and become the best versions of themselves. She offers a no-nonsense, simplified path to optimal health and energy, rooted in practical habit change, emotional balance, and self-discovery.

Menopause is not the end—it’s a powerful new beginning. She guides women through this transformational season by helping them reclaim their energy, reset their mindset, and reconnect with their purpose.
