About Us

I am an entrepreneur, investor, and business advisor with a 25-year track record of building, scaling, and leading companies across construction, real estate, and specialty service industries. As the founder of Ibex Advisors, I help visionaries, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams ascend to their Pinnacle of performance—bringing the discipline of engineering, the precision of military leadership, and the real-world experience of a multi-industry operator. My career began with a decade of service in the United States Navy, where I learned the foundations of leadership, system discipline, and operational excellence. After transitioning to civilian life, I spent the next two decades growing companies, acquiring businesses, and developing commercial/residential real estate across Texas, Florida, and California. I have built and operated multiple construction firms, a golf repair & sales business, battery distribution company, self-storage and RV storage properties, light industrial facilities, retail centers, and RV Parks—while investing in and advising other business owners. As a board member of the Texas Self Storage Association, Six Sigma certified, Texas Realtor and a seasoned operator with degrees in Nuclear/Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tulane University, I bring a rare blend of technical insight, financial acumen, and entrepreneurial execution.
