Server/Bartender (Part-Time)

Chachi's Next Door is looking for an experienced Server/Bartender to join our team. We're seeking someone who is friendly, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and basic bartending knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and drink offerings.

• Handle guest payments and operate the POS system accurately.

• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required.

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Basic bartending knowledge is required.

• Must have a valid TABC Certification or be willing to obtain one before starting.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
