EMC Proud Property Award Nomination

A community’s pride is often reflected in its appearance — and that’s why the Greater EMC Chamber is launching the Proud Property Awards. This new program celebrates local businesses and commercial properties within East Montgomery County that exemplify curb appeal, create a positive first impression, and set the standard for a community we can all be proud of.

The Proud Property Awards program invites the community to take part in celebrating excellence throughout East Montgomery County. Nominations are accepted year-round from residents, business owners, and community members who wish to recognize properties that reflect local pride and high standards of appearance.

Established Presence: The building must be at least two years old and free from visible structural or cosmetic damage. Exterior Condition: Paint should be in good repair — no fading, flaking, or peeling. Landscaping: Grounds must be well maintained, neatly trimmed, and free of debris. Signage: Signs should be clean, intact, and unfaded, representing the business clearly and professionally. Parking & Drive Areas: Driveways and parking lots must be paved, properly striped, and kept clear of debris to ensure a safe and attractive appearance.
