• 8 a.m. | Meet at Randall Reed Stadium Community Room for a program introduction by New Caney ISD and Splendora ISD superintendents; breakfast catered by New Caney ISD High School culinary arts students
• 9 a.m. | Arrive by bus to designated schools for Principal for a Day experience
•11 a.m. | Return by bus to Randall Reed Stadium for lunch and debrief; catered by Splendora ISD culinary arts students
