Think Mind, Body, and Soul for the October Leading Ladies Luncheon! This luncheon will feature a guest panel of leading ladies from a small business, a non-profit, and a large company to address leadership lessons learned while sharing how they handle a "work-life balance" for the mind, body, and soul. Thank you Stephanie Harris of LifeStyle - Wellness Center, Dominique Cousin of The Phoenix Journey & In House Chefs, and Nikki Roux of Memorial Hermann Northeast. We're looking forward to hearing your thoughts and perspectives in a discussion led by event co-chair Heather Ramsey of the San Jacinto River Authority SJRA.



Special Activity:
The Change Whisperer, Janet Sisler, will lead us in a special activity that introduces you to the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. This holistic healing method involves tapping on specific points of the body to manage emotions and relieve stress. Tapping has been used by thousands to manage burnout and overwhelmment. The timing couldn't be better going into the busy holiday season.
