Event Details and What to Expect

Ribbon cuttings are a great way to meet business owners, meet neighbors, and discover services right in your backyard. Each ribbon cutting is a short celebration where you can offer your congratulations, take photos, and connect directly with the leadership of the new business.

The Business Networking Breakfast is structured to maximize introductions and follow ups. Expect:

  • Short, timed introductions so everyone gets a chance to speak.
  • A spotlight presentation from We Are Vacay, Dream Vacations.
  • Opportunities to swap cards, schedule follow-ups, and leave with concrete next steps.

How to Make the Most of This Week

  1. Bring business cards and a clear 30-second summary of who you are and what you do.
  2. Follow up quickly after each new connection with a brief email or LinkedIn message.
  3. Attend multiple events if your schedule allows. Ribbon cuttings and breakfasts reach different audiences and serve different purposes.
  4. Support our sponsors by learning more about their mission and passing their information along to potential collaborators.
