Pathway to Leadership EMC Registration - Class of 2027

Pathway to Leadership EMC is a seven-month leadership development initiative designed to strengthen how participants lead while building a deeper understanding of the region where they live and work.

Through practical leadership development, conversations with regional leaders, and firsthand experiences at organizations and institutions throughout East Montgomery County, participants will broaden their perspectives, build relationships across sectors, and better understand the people, resources, and decisions shaping our region.

Program Commitment

Beginning in November, the Class of 2027 will meet for seven five-hour monthly sessions, generally held on the second Tuesday of each month. Sessions combine leadership development, facilitated conversations, and firsthand regional experiences at locations throughout East Montgomery County.

Participants must attend at least five of the seven sessions to successfully complete the program. The November Kick-Off is mandatory.

Sponsorship Investment: $750
Waived for Distinguished Investors, limited to one seat per investor.

Session Time: Noon to 5 p.m.
