Our fun, friendly, and informative monthly luncheons average 175 in attendance throughout the year! They are known for both their impressive Guest Speaker lineup and amazing lunch prepared by our Featured Caterers that includes passed appetizers and dessert. Come learn something new and meet someone new! This event is open to members, visitors, and guests with registration.
Note: Guest parking at the Atrium Center is limited, but overflow parking is available at the New Caney High School Parking Lot.
Our guest speaker this month will be Johnson Space Center's Orion Program Deputy Manager, Ms. Debbie Korth. In her role, she assists the Orion program manager in the design, development, test, verification, and certification of NASA’s next generation human-rated spacecraft for Artemis missions. You may also be surprised to learn what ties EMC has to NASA. You won't want to miss this!

Cajun Empanadas- Empanada Dumplings stuffed with creamy Shrimp and Crawfish Alfredo, celery, onions, and herbs.
Boudin Balls - Creole-style Dirty Rice with Pork and Spices, rolled in Cornmeal and Lightly Fried. Served with Remoulade.
Salads
House Salad - Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Croutons and Assorted Dressing.
The Mad Hatter - Baby Leaf Spinach, Pecans, Dried Cranberries, Feta Cheese, Green Peppers, Onion, and Tomato. Served with Citrus Vinaigrette.

Cajun Pecan Crusted Chicken- Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast served with a Cajun Cream Sauce.
