Bilingual Office Assistant

Martin Realty & Land is looking for a Part Time Bilingual Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties, have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Software.

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • be able to Speak Fluently in Spanish
  • take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents in Spanish
  • tidy and maintain the reception area

Education and Experience Requirements:
  • high school diploma
  • knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Software

Job Type:     Part-time
Pay:                 $15.00 per hour
Hours:              Monday-Friday 1:00 -5:00 pm
