You'll enjoy an amazing lunch prepared by our Featured Caterer that includes passed appetizers and dessert while learning something new and meeting someone new.\n\n\n\n\nGuest Speaker\n\nAimee Bertrand\n\nGreater Houston Builders Association\n\nExecutive Vice President & CEO\nIn Aimee's first 18 months with GHBA\, the association established a new Professional Women in Building Council and enhanced workforce efforts\, while working to re-engage with members following COVID. Despite adopting a deficit budget in 2021\, Aimee's first year with the organization\, the association defied financial expectations and ended the year in the black.\n\n\n\nAimee's other commitments and contributions prior to joining the GHBA include serving as deputy director of intergovernmental and global affairs for Harris County\, Texas\, serving as director of community engagement and media for the Houston Apartment Association\, and holding the position of chief of staff for her Houston City Council member.
